Hi, I'm Hannah 👋

I am a Pilates teacher and Personal Trainer with almost 10 years experience helping women over 40 build strong and confident bodies.

As I approached 40, and after dealing with various health issues, I was struggling with how my body had changed. even though I worked in the industry, I had gained extra weight, lost "tone" and my skin was noticeably more saggy.

It impacted my confidence and I felt disconnected from my body.

I tried eating less and cutting carbs but just felt hungry and irritable. I tried more cardio, which was fine and helped a bit, but if I'm honest I didn't see many changes.

Once I switched focus to Pilates Inspired Strength Training, things really began to shift.

I could see muscle definition again (maybe for the first time since my 20s), my skin appeared firmer and I felt so much better in myself.

Is this for me?

This challenge is designed specially for women over 40. If you are in your mid-late 30s and feel you can relate, you are very welcome too. All fitness levels are welcome as there are exercise variations for all.

What is involved?
